Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Gourmet on Demand for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Gourmet on Demand
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
Service Description
Gourmet on Demand provides a platform connecting users with professional culinary service providers. We facilitate booking and coordination but are not directly responsible for the services provided by individual gourmets or service providers.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting services
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be respectful and professional in all interactions with service providers
- Pay for services as agreed upon
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Service Provider Responsibilities
Service providers using our platform agree to:

- Maintain necessary licenses, permits, and insurance
- Follow all food safety and health regulations

- Respect client property and privacy
Booking and Cancellation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies may vary by service provider. Please review the specific cancellation terms before confirming a booking. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is processed through our secure payment system. Prices are as displayed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing bookings.
Limitation of Liability
Gourmet on Demand acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from services provided by third-party gourmets or service providers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gourmet on Demand operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
